Returns & Exchanges

Noo Moon carefully hand selects and checks each item before delivery to their new owner. However, if your item does not fit properly, we are happy to exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods. Items must be returned unworn, with the tags on and in their original condition.

All sizing information is listed in the item description, so please choose carefully before purchasing. Noo Moon does not refund items unless there is a manufacturer fault, however items can be exchanged once your request has been investigated.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping for the item you are returning. Consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for missing parcels. Only full price items may be exchanged, sale items are final.
