Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: We offer standard delivery across South Africa. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Delivery: Available for certain locations. Orders placed with express shipping usually arrive within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Standard delivery is R99, and express delivery (where available) is R150.
  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on orders over R750 within South Africa.

International Shipping

  • Delivery Options: We ship to select international destinations. Delivery time varies by location, typically ranging from 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: International shipping starts at R450, with the final fee calculated based on location, order weight, and size.
  • Customs and Duties: Any additional customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information.

Order Processing

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its status.
  • Changes or Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After dispatch, we may not be able to modify your order.

Delivery Issues

  • Delays: While we aim to meet delivery estimates, there may be delays due to external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery at your expense.

Shipping Exclusions

  • Restricted Areas: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
  • Excluded Items: Some items may have shipping restrictions due to their nature or destination country regulations.
